Hot Desk and Private Office plans are fully month-to-month with no lock-in. Discounts are given for signing up with longer contracts, and less payments. Ejari and virtual office services are yearly.

None whatsoever. All utilities, WiFi, cleaning, security, and maintenance are included in your plan. Meeting room overages are the only billable extra — and we notify you in advance.

We actively encourage it. Schedule a free, no-obligation tour and our team will walk you through every available space, answer your questions, and help you find the perfect fit.

Your plan includes a monthly allowance of hours. Bookings spend the allowance first and only bill you once it runs out. If your business requires a lot of meeting room time, we can negotiate extra credits into your contract.

Bank transfer, card, direct debit or post-dated cheques. Offices are usually settled quarterly by cheque; desks are monthly by card or transfer.

Not within an agreed term. Renewals are quoted a month before the term ends, and we tell you in writing if anything moves.
